I am honest. With myself and with those around me.
I respect the pace, boundaries, and perspective of each person.
I don’t push or lead where a person is not ready to go.
I know how to simply be present.
I create a space where it is safe to be yourself.
I value lived experience and the physical sensation of what is happening, not textbook formulations or memorized answers.
I respect a person’s responsibility for their own path and leave them the right to choose.

My practices are for women seeking inner clarity.
My name is Olia. My work is at the intersection of physical experience, meaning, and mindful presence.
My core education is in philology. I graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages, taught at the university, studied in graduate school, and wrote a dissertation.
The first important milestone was the arrival of yoga in my life. I still remember walking into a yoga studio for the first time in 2006. The practice of asanas became an entry through the body into a different quality of attention.
The next turn was Vipassana. An experience of silence and observation that became a point of inner shift and the surprise that things can be different. From that moment, meditation entered my life.
Having children was another profound change. An incredible experience that cannot be studied theoretically and that puts many things into perspective.
Buddhism came much later… Consciously, through a long search. Taking refuge, the appearance of a teacher in my life, and the living circle of people close to my spirit.
Leela entered my life gradually. I went through the training three times, and only now have I truly seen the depth and power of this tool.
Today, everything I do — yoga, meditation, Leela — is a reflection of my path, in which I remain mindful and alive.
